New hires - January 2023

Jency Breska graduated from Santa Clara University in 2012. She was a Pi Sigma Alpha Presidential Scholarship recipient. Mrs. Breska received her degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2016. At Hastings, she was the executive symposium editor for the Constitutional Law Quarterly, a competitor for the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition Team, circulation assistant to the UC Hastings Law Library, and an intake volunteer for the Legal Advice and Referral Clinic. She was also the vice president, 3L advisor, and Pil-Grad chair for the Pilipino American Law Society. At graduation, Mrs. Breska received the Wiley W. Manuel Public Interest Award for completing more than 150 hours of pro bono legal services during law school.
